Talento Search Group has an opening for a Maintenance Technician in Garland, Texas. This is a direct-hire position and the pay range is $26-$34 per hour, depending on experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work area
• Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries
• Fabricate or modify parts as needed
• Utilization of CMMS to track work orders and document repairs
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Experience Needed:

• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Must have experience troubleshooting PLCs
• Bilingual is a plus
